Position Overview: LinkShadow is seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer, preferably fluent in English and his mother language is Arabic , to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Cyber Security Architecture, Network detection and response (NDR), EDR, SEIM, SOAR, Firewalls, WAF, VM, and different kind of Cyber security tools, and he will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to our clients by supporting our sales forces on ground. As a Senior System Engineer, you will collaborate with clients, understand their cybersecurity needs, and architect solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Cyber Security Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure cybersecurity architectures for clients in Qatar, ensuring protection against a wide range of cyber threats.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and consultation to clients regarding their cybersecurity needs and solutions.
Position Overview: LinkShadow is seeking a proactive team player and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role will be responsible for managing and ensuring the success of our customers in the Gulf region, excluding Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure they maximize the value of LinkShadow's Intelligent NDR (Network Detection and Response) platform.
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Gulf region, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of LinkShadow's Intelligent NDR platform and stay updated on its features, capabilities, and updates.
